Tracking Your Progress

Tracking techniques abound as personal preferences differ. For example, one Toastmaster uses 5 x 8 inch index cards tucked under her keyboard to track which projects she has completed (yes, for multiple paths). Another Toastmaster uses a detailed spreadsheet. What works for your and your club may not work for another club. The best tracking tool is the one that you like and use regularly! Here are some that we know about.

DTM Project

What is it and how do I get access to it? The DTM project is an additional leadership project that benefits an organization. It could benefit your club, District 10, or another organization that you belong to. You can use the resources from other large leadership projects in your path to plan your DTM project (example: High Performance Leadership, Team Building, Leading in Your Volunteer Organization, etc.).

Members can receive access to the DTM project on Base Camp once they have completed one path and Levels 1, 2, and 3 in a second, unique path. To receive this project, email educationprogram@toastmasters.org. Toastmasters will enable this project in your path, and you will see an additional curriculum button to activate and navigate this project.
