iPhone artAs you may have heard by now, your fellow Toastmasters from all over Northeast Ohio will be descending on Canton on November 9th for our Fall Conference.

They’ll be there to accelerate their development … to celebrate success … and to have fun!

You can be part of the event either by attending for the full day, or joining us just for the contests! 

Our theme is “Toastmasters – THE Social Media”

When we say “social media”, we don’t mean websites like Facebook … Twitter … Pinterest … YouTube … Tumblr … or MySpace.

We’re talking about Toastmasters and how it helpsyou look good and be respected in social situations. 

We invite you to join us on Saturday, November 9th, at Malone University in Canton … for a day focused on social communication through Toastmasters.

Get out from behind your computersocially interact face-to-face with other Toastmasters … make more new friends in the real world … and learn to improve your own Social Media project.

reneRene Smith, DTM, Lt. Governor of Marketing, knows a thing or two about applying leadership skills, and she’s got some friends with her who have been tried by fire.  Rene and her panelists will talk about sponsorship, mentorship and coaching a club to success.

Spend an hour with Debbie Stark, ACB, to hear how Toastmasters works behind the wire. Focusing on prison clubs and gavel clubs, this informative presentation will expand what you think a Toastmaster is and where you can find them.

Witness Top Toastmasters Get the Recognition they Deserve

There’s an old saying that if you want other people to stand and cheer for your accomplishments, then you have to be willing to stand and cheer for the accomplishments of others.
