“What have you been doing lately during this challenging period of time for your career”?
This program outlines how Job Seekers can use their selected Pathway in Toastmasters International to differentiate themselves by enhancing their leadership skills and personal development. In addition, the program outlines how Toastmaster Clubs can use this approach to aid in their new member recruitment efforts.
About the Presenter
Steve Lanza is the Vice President of Education for The President’s Distinguished Toastmasters Club, A.M. Akron, within District 10. He holds certifications as a Personal Branding Strategist and Life Coach. Having recently been certified as a Hidden Job Market Coach he uniquely understands what challenges the 2021 job seeker is facing in the coming year.
