Introducing LeadWell District 10

A Leadership Mastermind for Sustainable, Human-Centered Leadership

District 10 is filled with dedicated, passionate leaders who give generously of their time, talent, and heart. In this season of transition, growth, and continued service, it is just as important that we care for how we lead—not just what we accomplish.

It is with that intention that we are excited to introduce LeadWell District 10.

LeadWell is a confidential, facilitated leadership mastermind designed to support current and emerging District 10 leaders as whole people. This is a space for honest conversation, reflection, and connection—where leaders can pause, gain clarity, and be supported as they navigate the realities of leadership.

This is not officer training and not a Pathways program.

LeadWell is about:

    •    Leading with clarity in complex moments

    •    Caring for yourself while caring for others

    •    Navigating leadership challenges without isolation

    •    Building sustainable leadership practices for the long term

The LeadWell experience will bring together a small cohort of District 10 leaders for monthly virtual conversations centered on people-centered leadership, decision-making, boundaries, resilience, and legacy.

As we continue to serve our clubs and our district, LeadWell is an opportunity to be reminded that leaders need support too—and that leading well includes leading ourselves well.
