District Council Meeting (1st of 2)
September 23 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
District Council Meetings are required twice a year for approval of budget before September 30 and voting in new leaders in the spring.
Who are District Council members?
Club Presidents, Club Vice Presidents of Education, and all voting members of the District Executive Committee (Area Directors, Division Directors, Top 6 District Leaders, and Immediate Past District Director) are all voting members of the District Council.

2. Mode of District Level Contests – District Executive Committee has moved forward the following recommendations:
Area Contests to be held online only
Division Contests to be held hybrid (both in person and online attendance/competition)
District Contests to be held hybrid (both in person and online attendance/competition)

Deadline to register to be counted toward voting is Thursday, September 21, at 8pm. It is especially important to achieve a quorum to complete the required business for the district.
There is a maximum number of votes from members of the District Council to two (2). If you need to reassign your vote to another club officer (Club President or Club Vice President Education), please submit this Voting Reassignment Request. This will NOT be automatic and is required complete for your club intentions by 9/21 at 8pm. Proxies are not permitted, only the Club President or Club Vice President Education are permitted to hold the vote.
