Outstanding visit with Carol Prahinski, our Region 6 Advisor!
Carol Prahinski, our Toastmasters International Region 6 Advisor, treated District 10 Executive Committee, club leaders and members to a lively, outstanding presentation at the October 1st training session.
The interactive workshop featured great tips and advice for attracting new members and building new Toastmasters clubs – plus a free lunch. She also helped us discover ways to share the benefits of Toastmasters with others.
Following Carol’s presentation was our October District Executive Council (DEC) meeting featuring an update on Pathways (our new education program) from Deonna Tayor. District updates were given by Dave Wiley (District Director), Tim Juda (Program Quality Director) and Vicky Nann (Club Growth Director) along with area and division director reports.
Also while here, Carol was escorted by Club Growth Director Vicky Nann to visit companies with potential new club opportunities and share the benefits of Toastmasters with their leaders.
Everyone had a great time learning while sharing stories and helpful insights.
