New Leadership Trio Announced for Toastmasters District 10 (NE Ohio)
2,000+ Local Members Welcome Leadership Team

CLEVELAND, OHIO, September 17, 2016 — Toastmasters International, the world’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to developing public speaking and leadership skills announced new top leadership for District 10. District 10 comprises much of Northeastern Ohio and boasts approximately 2,000 members. The three newly elected leaders are District Director Dave Wiley, Program Quality Director Tim Juda, and Club Growth Director Vicky Nann.

Chesterland resident, Mr. Wiley, an IT professional at Mayfran International in Highland Heights, joined Toastmasters in 2007. “Toastmasters empowers me and enriches my life on a daily basis,” he says, adding that he aspires to an even higher leadership role in Toastmasters International. “I’d like to be president of Toastmasters International someday.” Mr. Wiley received the Excellence in Program Quality Award during the Hall of Fame event at the Toastmaster’s International Convention in Washington DC, Thursday, Aug 18, 2016, for his dedicated work as Program Quality Director for 2015-2016 Toastmasters year.

Strongsville resident, Mr. Juda has been a Toastmaster since 1998. “I was voted shyest student in my senior class,” he admits. “Through Toastmasters, I gained the courage and confidence to make drastic improvements to my communication and leadership skills.” Mr. Juda is a technical analyst at Parker Hannifin, a best-selling author, and a certified speaking coach.

Medina resident, Ms. Nann joined Toastmasters in 2000. She belonged to Toastmasters clubs in Colorado, Minnesota, and Illinois before returning “home” to Ohio. Ms. Nann is a marketing communications professional and holds a number of leadership roles both within and outside of Toastmasters. “The learning opportunities and the support of mentors within Toastmasters have been invaluable gifts to me,” she says.
