Fall Conference Table Decoration Contest

Is your club All In for this year’s Fall Conference?

This year there is a way that your club can take an active part in the District 10 Fall Conference on November 5, 2016, at the LaCentre in Westlake, Ohio. Enter the Table Decoration Contest!

Show off your club spirit by entering the Table Decoration Contest

We are asking clubs to create wonderful centerpieces that will integrate club spirit into the conference.

Is your club a corporate club? How about a design that represents your company? Are you a community club? We’ve got plenty of civic pride – and a bit of rivalry* – that we can display!

Whether you’re decorating with rock & roll guitars from Cleveland or footballs from Canton, show us your spirit! Your support will help to make the conference even more special!

Each club entering the contest will receive a certificate of participation. The three best centerpieces will win a prize. So GO All IN and motivate your club membership! Let their collective creativity shine and show their style in an innovative centerpiece. Corporate clubs, community clubs, prison clubs, and advanced clubs, come show your pride and may the best club win.

The decorations will be displayed on the tables in the main conference hall for all to see.

*While Toastmasters are all about civil discourse and communications, feel free to challenge another club to bring it to the conference. We’re going all in!

Please contact Gil Even at Gil.Even@gmail.com to reserve a table to be decorated. There aren’t going to be many – so don’t wait. The deadline for reservations is October 15, 2016. Sign up today!

The decoration committee is looking for three judges for the competition.

For questions, suggestions or confirmation of attendance in the decoration competition, contact: Gil.Even@gmail.com, Decoration Committee Chair.

Going all in, innovate, integrate, motivate! Challenge yourself and your club to have an impact on this conference.

Deadline: October 15, 2016!
