Who is Your Club’s Proxyholder?

On May 9, club presidents and secretaries received an email from World Headquarters about proxy information for the Annual Business Meeting on August 24 at the International Convention in Cincinnati.

Toastmasters clubs hold the most important voting power in the organization. Make sure your club appoints someone to carry its vote to the meeting … even if that person is our District Governor.

Cast Your Vote for Proposal A

Delegates attending the convention will have the opportunity to cast their club’s vote regarding Proposal A: Amendments to the Club Constitution and the Standard Bylaws for Clubs of Toastmasters International. The Board of Directors recommends voting in favor of Proposal A.
