The Fall Conference is a month away and the Southern Division has been busy getting ready to welcome the district. The chairs have been hard at work to make this a memorable conference.
For many people, the best news about the conference is that it starts at 9:30 a.m. The District Executive Committee meeting has been scheduled for first thing in the morning, so the day won’t have that long break in the middle.
We’ve packed a full day of educational sessions and informative keynote speakers.
To close the conference, we’ve got the best District 10 has to offer – presenting the Distinguished Toastmaster Awards and our two fall contests – Table Topics and Humorous Speech. By putting these three things together, we have the opportunity to invite our friends and family to take a look at what Toastmasters is and how it has such a powerful impact. We’ve made it affordable by selling tickets for this final session for only $10.
Malone University in Canton is a great location for the conference. Close to the center geographically, we hope to see members from all the areas in the district. Last year, the Southern Division saw the greatest growth with the establishment of several new clubs. Placing the conference closer to home, we hope to see more of our newest members attend this year.
